Mr. Siekierski has over 20 years of experience, as CEO, leading chemical and petrochemical companies, specializing in business management, formulation and implementation of strategies, business restructuring processes, and management of results and people. His experience includes major companies like Brampac, Nitriflex, McKinsey and Procter & Gamble.

He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, with a graduate degree in industrial administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
